Terms of Service
Welcome to GODOGGO ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms govern your use of our private dog park services, including dog walks, transportation, and related services ("Services").
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. You also agree to the terms outlined in our separate Waiver of Liability, which works in conjunction with this document.
Eligibility & Owner Responsibilities
All dogs must complete a Meet & Greet, be in good health, be up to date on vaccinations, and be free from contagious diseases. Owners must be at least 18 years old to book our Services and are responsible for their dog’s behavior at all times. Dogs must be well-socialized, non-aggressive, and comfortable in a group setting. Owners must disclose any behavioral concerns before booking. All dogs must wear a properly fitted harness and collar with ID tags. Any dog displaying aggression toward humans or other dogs will be immediately removed from our Services and permanently ineligible for future bookings.
Liability & Assumption of Risk
Owners acknowledge the inherent risks of dog parks, group interactions, and transportation, including injury, illness, or loss. GODOGGO is not liable for any damages or incidents resulting from a dog's actions. Owners agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims related to their dog.
Weather & Cancellations
We operate in most weather conditions but will cancel services in extreme heat, cold, storms, or unsafe road conditions. We reserve the right to cancel services at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to weather, vehicle issues, or medical emergencies. In all such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Owners are responsible for considering the weather when booking and may reschedule if they feel conditions are unsuitable for their dog.
Charges & Payments
By booking, owners agree to the service fees and authorize payment through the linked method. Unpaid balances may result in service suspension and/or the card on file being charged.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Bookings must be made by 4:00 PM the day before your scheduled service. This ensures we have time to organize groups for the next day. Payments can be made using credit card, or debit card.
All cancellations must be requested via email. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled adventure are non-refundable. Approved cancellations will be credited to your account for future use, as we do not offer cash or card refunds.
You can reschedule from your profile on the booking page until 4:00 PM the day before your scheduled service.
No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full.
Photo & Media Release
Owners consent to GODOGGO taking and using photos/videos of their dog for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing.
Emergency Procedures
In a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact the owner. If unavailable, we will take the dog to the nearest emergency vet. All related veterinary costs are the owner’s responsibility.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
We will notify customers whenever these Terms are updated.
